Once you've completed the online quote request form, below is what you can expect:
Step 1. Complete the online loan request form and provide a valid email.


Step 2. Instantly you will receive a confirmation email with your loan quote request number and the name and contact information for your assigned commercial loan specialist.


Step 3. Submit the required initial diligence identified in your confirmation email (2 years and YTD P&L, rent roll, photos / offering memo or marketing package, personal financial statement and schedule of real estate owned). For owner occupied properties, substitute 2 years of business and personal tax returns for P&Ls.


Step 4. Receive a written quote from your assigned commercial loan specialist, typically within 24 hours.


Step 5. Once you accept our quote, your loan will be submitted to underwriting for conditional approval (LOI), typically with 72 hours.


Step 6. Execute and return the LOI, order third party reports, open title and prepare for closing.
